If you’re looking for assistance with the Nerf Bee Blaster Virtual Item Code, you will need to contact Roblox and Nerf (Hasbro). If neither are able to assist, you may get in contact with us.
Please understand that we will not be able to provide you with a Virtual Item Code, so you will not be able to receive the Virtual Item (Bee Blaster avatar accessory) but we may be able to grant the in-game Bee Blaster.
I have an issue redeeming my Virtual Item Code! Can you help?
There may be some things that you need to check first before anyone needs to get involved.
It might be that you’re entering the Virtual Item Code in the wrong area. For all of our Virtual Item Code which come with a Jazwares toy, they redeem a virtual item for your Roblox avatar, and so these need to be entered on the Roblox code redemption page. The in-game redemption kiosk is used for free Promo Codes that appear on occasion and your Virtual Item Code will not work here.
There is the possibility that the wrong Virtual Item Code is being inserted. Try typing it and verify it matches the code on the code token. If you are still having troubles try asking for assistance from a sibling, friend or relative.
If you bought a toy or Virtual Item Code from a third party re-seller, it is very possible that the Virtual Item Code may have already been redeemed, especially if it has been delivered already scratched off. Please keep in mind that all of the Virtual Item Codes are single use, and as such, we also do not recommend ever purchasing Virtual Item Codes separately.
If you bought a toy first hand and you’ve found the Virtual Item Code was redeemed, such as the Virtual Item Code being scratched off or the toy packaging opened, you should contact the seller and Jazwares here straight away and inform them that this may be a case of fraud.

My Virtual Item Code was missing! Can you help?
We’re very sorry to hear that when you received your toy that the virtual item code had gone missing.
In cases like these, the first thing you should do is contact the retailer you purchased your toy from and make them aware.
While we’d love to be able to assist in these times of need, unfortunately we don’t hold or have access to any spare Virtual Item Codes.

Where can I redeem my Virtual Item Code?
If you’ve purchased an Adopt Me toy and you’ve received a Virtual Item Code for a Virtual Item, you will need to redeem your code here.
I have an in-game Promo Code. Where can I redeem this?
If you’ve found a free code online that isn’t from one of our toys, it’s likely that this is a Promo Code to be used in Adopt Me. Head to the Trade License Hub, where you can find the Code Redemption Kiosk to insert your Promo Code. We have a handy guide here that will show you how to redeem your Promo Code, or you can watch our video below.
Please note that all Promo Codes are free with no purchase necessary, so please do not attempt to make purchases online for them. If you happen to spot anyone selling Promo Codes, which is not permitted since they are always freely available, report them here.
The Code Redemption Kiosk will only let you insert the Promo Code if there is one active, so if you’ve got a Promo Code and the Kiosk is closed, it has likely expired.
